Its specialization is sustainable energy, waste management and environmental R&D. 23 years of experience has resulted in dozens of implementation projects and achievements (incl. international airports, recycling and incineration plants).
Plastika Skaza d.o.o. is a privately owned company, specializing in the manufacturing of plastic products, that employs 287 people and has a turnover of 31 million € (2020). The company has more than 40 years of experience in injection moulding (electronic, furniture, medical and other custom-made industrial products, as well as its own brand products).
Ekopartner Silesia Sp. z o.o. (EPS) is a company whose main activity is recycling of plastics, in particular polyolefins. Today EPS is becoming one of plastics recycling leaders in Southern Poland (Silesia Region). In EPS’s plants, waste is subjected to treatment processes, which result in high-quality raw material used in the production of plastic products.
European Forum for Environmental Responsibility (EFOE) is a Polish NGO which aims to promote sustainable development in business and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) i.e.: *supporting climate change adaptation and mitigation in business, *dissemination of information, methods and techniques for environment protection and climate action.
Institute for Ecology of Industrial Areas (IETU) is a research institute acting under the Minister of Climate. The R&D and services carried out by IETU focus on environmental challenges posed by industrialised and urbanised areas in the context of circular economy, resource efficiency, adaptation to climate change and mitigation of its effects.
The New Raw (TNR) is a Dutch furniture design & manufacturer that is working towards pushing the boundaries of sustainable design in terms of material use, design & production methodology. The company employs robotic 3D printing in order to process plastic waste. The technological system of TNR is specifically developed to support circular concepts for indoor and outdoor spaces and to process non-standard waste materials coming from various plastic waste streams.
The LIFE programme, the only financial instrument of the European Union dedicated exclusively to co-financing projects in the field of environmental protection, including nature, and human impact on climate and adaptation to its changes. Its main objective is to support the implementation of the EU law, the implementation of the EU policy in this area, as well as the identification and promotion of new solutions to environmental and climate problems.
The National Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management (NFEP&WM) in cooperation with voivodeship funds for environmental protection and water management is the pillar of the Polish system of financing environmental protection.
