First intersectoral debate

On Sep­tem­ber 29, 2023, a sig­nif­i­cant mile­stone was achieved with the inau­gur­al inter­sec­toral debate held as a vital com­po­nent of the plas­ti­cLIFE­cy­cle project. This momen­tous event was host­ed by the Euro­pean Eco­log­i­cal Respon­si­bil­i­ty Forum and brought togeth­er dis­tin­guished rep­re­sen­ta­tives from var­i­ous key orga­ni­za­tions, includ­ing MPGK Katow­ice, MPGO Recyk­ling in Sos­nowiec, MPGK Świę­tochłow­ice, as well as pri­vate enti­ties oper­at­ing with­in the waste man­age­ment indus­try.

The focal point of the gath­er­ing was the infor­ma­tive pre­sen­ta­tion by Mr. Arka­diusz Primus, the ded­i­cat­ed man­ag­er of the plas­ti­cLIFE­cy­cle ini­tia­tive. Mr. Primus pro­vid­ed the atten­dees with a com­pre­hen­sive overview of the fun­da­men­tal prin­ci­ples and objec­tives dri­ving the PLC project.

In the lat­ter seg­ment of this engag­ing meet­ing, par­tic­i­pants delved into the prac­ti­cal intri­ca­cies of plas­tic recy­cling, explored per­ti­nent legal reg­u­la­tions, and set the stage for future col­lab­o­ra­tive efforts with­in the realm of sus­tain­able waste man­age­ment.
