LIFE Information Days

On May 13, 2025, rep­re­sen­ta­tives of the plas­ti­cLIFE­cy­cle project took part in the LIFE Infor­ma­tion Days orga­nized by the Nation­al Fund for Envi­ron­men­tal Pro­tec­tion and Water Man­age­ment. The event was held at the Novo­tel Air­port Hotel in War­saw and attract­ed a broad audi­ence inter­est­ed in EU-fund­ed ini­tia­tives for envi­ron­men­tal pro­tec­tion.

At the plas­ti­cLIFE­cy­cle infor­ma­tion stand, we show­cased the project’s objec­tives, shared the results achieved to date, and intro­duced our inter­na­tion­al part­ners. Vis­i­tors had the oppor­tu­ni­ty to learn more about our ongo­ing activ­i­ties and the chal­lenges involved in reduc­ing the envi­ron­men­tal impact of plas­tics.

The event served as an excel­lent plat­form for exchang­ing expe­ri­ences with rep­re­sen­ta­tives of oth­er projects, as well as with indi­vid­u­als and insti­tu­tions plan­ning to apply for EU fund­ing. Many dis­cus­sions can­tered on the imple­men­ta­tion of inno­v­a­tive envi­ron­men­tal solu­tions and the impor­tance of fos­ter­ing cross-sec­tor col­lab­o­ra­tion.

Events like this high­light the tremen­dous poten­tial of col­lec­tive action in advanc­ing sus­tain­able devel­op­ment.
